How long does processing, shipping, and handling take?
Shipping within the United States. We offer free shipping for qualifying orders $200 and up. Free shipping applies to online orders and totaling $200+ after applicable discounts and before shipping, handling and taxes are added. Free Shipping may have some exclusion during a sale.
***PLEASE NOTE: UPS WILL NOT DELIVER TO A P.O. BOX, A PHYSICAL ADDRESS IS REQUIRED SHIPPING & BILLING ADDRESS MUST MATCH PAYMENT METHOD, COPY OF ID & PAYMENT METHOD CAN BE REQUESTED FOR ORDER APPROVAL.
After receiving your tracking number email it can take shipping activity 24-48 hours to become available. Once package is handed over to USPS please follow up with USPS for tracking information. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES!

In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Y&J DOLLS and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as Y&J DOLLS does not cover additional customs fee charges. Y&J DOLLS is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges Shipping can vary from 5-14 days internationally depending on country and or delays.

Can you make changes to order after order is placed?
Yes, but you must email us IMMEDIATELY after your order is placed. Because we strive to process and ship orders as soon as possible there are no changes after 24hrs. No cancellations of orders accepted due to no refunds.
